The shuttle service could be more reliable to avoid long waiting times!!! Room maintenance needs serious attention. Many facilities show clear signs of age!!! Kitchen supplies and linens must be regularly cleaned, especially when expectations are high!!!

We had a great experience with the free shuttle service which got us to the airport on time. The staff was friendly, and provided us with extra waters without hesitation, which made our late-night arrival much more comfortable.

Staying at the Red Roof Inn was good! The clean room offered a perfect retreat after my long travels. I loved the comfort of the bed and the friendly shuttle service to the airport, although the parking situation could use improvement.
